The RoleLearning & Development Trainer
- Hours: 24 hours per week
- Shift pattern: flexible to business needs
- Salary: £17,828.57
- Location: Remote
- This role is a UK based role and any hybrid/remote work must also be within the UK.

- Internet speed requirement: 5 Mbps upload and 15 Mbps download

You must have at least one year of experience working in an out-of-hours role or have experience in delivering training to people.
You have the ability to present information clearly, concisely, accurately and in ways which promote understanding. You have the knowledge and skills to adapt training and feedback to different backgrounds and personalities to ensure it is received in a positive way. Familiarity with Learning Management System (LMS) software and delivering training remotely would be great.
ResponsibilitiesBe part of the creation of a Center of Excellence (CoE) that works together on best practice and brings together all the capability we have across the Appello Group. You will be part of the whole training cycle, starting with delivering a consistent onboarding journey for Group employees, mentoring new starters to help their transition, staying current with knowledge of procedures, and periodically live call handling to support improvements in L&D practices.
You will contribute towards the implementation of the e-learning platform and ensure its use in day-to-day learning. Ensure the right content is on the e-learning platform and is refreshed and embedded in the business.
