About the Job Engage2

Excel is looking for a Client Services Manager(Program Manager). You will be the front-line customer contact and must establish & maintain an excellent working relationship with the client. You will be responsible for all day-to-day functions in maintaining assigned customer accounts while working remotely.
As part of your primary responsibilities, you will:
  • Be responsible for the day-to-day customer satisfaction of existing accounts. Interacts with program owners, contacts and recipients for problem solving and issue resolution.
  • Communicate with recipients on order status, return management, changes, questions, etc.
  • Monitor timeliness of data, discuss questions/issues with customer regarding data changes, error reporting, etc.
  • Monitor all aspects of customer program to ensure things are running per customer’s expectations, including surveys, website accuracy, non-responders, manager/recipient emails, solicitation materials shipping on schedule, timely shipping of products, etc.
  • Proof customer invoices for accuracy (product pricing, shipping charges, handling charges, sorted per customer’s requirements, etc.).

    To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience with proven ability to deliver a high degree of customer satisfaction.
  • Language: Fluent ability to speak and write in English and French to be able to serve customers in all countries where we operate.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suites, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • To be in constant contact with customers, sales reps and other departments furnishing or obtaining information.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
