Remote Collections Specialist

• Resolve inbound and outbound calls using multiple applications and screens
• Address general billing inquiries and review account issues
• Negotiate payments and explain billing charges clearly to customers
• Direct customers to appropriate teams for issues outside the scope of collections
• Meet compliance, quality assurance standards, and monthly performance goals

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in first-party collections (non-A/R)
• Customer service experience in a remote setting
• Strong communication and verbal skills
• Ability to navigate multiple computer applications and screens

• Experience in financial and credit card collections
• Proficient in negotiation skills
• Basic typing, math, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with PC functions and ability to learn quickly
