- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries related to bank products and services in the call center
- Process inbound calls, addressing account questions, product information, and digital banking services
- De‑escalate customer issues and allow escalation to supervisors when necessary
- Maintain knowledge of banking products and services to assist customers effectively
- Support outbound campaigns and achieve performance metrics set by the customer service center
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience required; experience in banking or financial institutions preferred
- Minimum of one year of contact center experience or equivalent required
- Experience using personal computers and managing home networking infrastructure
- Strong time management skills and ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment
- Minimum of six months of outbound calling experience preferred
- Minimum of six months of any sales experience preferred
- Willingness to work outside of normal banking hours
- Ability to adapt quickly to change and learn readily in a remote environment
- Proficiency in customer service skills certification
