Position: Customer Service Specialist II (100% Remote)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries related to bank products and services in the call center
  • Process inbound calls, addressing account questions, product information, and digital banking services
  • De‑escalate customer issues and allow escalation to supervisors when necessary
  • Maintain knowledge of banking products and services to assist customers effectively
  • Support outbound campaigns and achieve performance metrics set by the customer service center
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience required; experience in banking or financial institutions preferred
  • Minimum of one year of contact center experience or equivalent required
  • Experience using personal computers and managing home networking infrastructure
  • Strong time management skills and ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Minimum of six months of outbound calling experience preferred
  • Minimum of six months of any sales experience preferred
  • Willingness to work outside of normal banking hours
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change and learn readily in a remote environment
  • Proficiency in customer service skills certification
