• De-escalate customer issues or elevate to a supervisor as needed
• Assist customers with digital banking services across various devices
• Maintain knowledge of banking products and adhere to service metrics
• Participate in weekly quality reviews and monthly departmental meetings

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience required
• Minimum of one year of contact center experience or equivalent required
• Strong typing skills and proficiency in using personal computers
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Customer service experience within a banking or financial institution
• Six months of outbound calling experience
• Six months of sales experience
