Responsibilities

At Orkin, our purpose is to help protect the world where we live, work and play. We have a FAST PACED fully remote Customer Contact Center with dedicated inbound sales, web sales, lost lead sales, customer service and termite billing/claims teams.

Our Spanish Bilingual Representatives are key to supporting our field offices and customers. The Pest Management Industry is growing – and is a recession‑resistant line of business. In this role, you will interact directly with our customers and be the first impression of the brand. You will be responsible for identifying the customer's needs and providing a customized solution. Provide excellent customer service and retain their services.

You will…

  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions
  • Support our field's peak season that starts building around February
  • During peak season you can expect heavy call volume
  • Manage the customer relationship to ensure best in class service
  • Identify opportunities for cross‑selling and up‑selling
  • Assist customers by offering remedies to retain business
  • Work remotely from your home office. (We will provide the computer and other equipment necessary to be successful in this role)
  • Use different gamification tools to measure performance
