Job Title: Remote Customer Care Specialist
Hourly Pay: $19 - $25/hour
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Customer Care Specialist to join our remote team. Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide solutions and guidance to resolve customer questions, issues, and concerns
- Accurately document customer interactions and update records in the system
- Assist with order processing, account updates, and explaining service features
- Resolve customer complaints professionally, patiently, and empathetically
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure efficient service delivery
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable using customer service tools and software
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Previous customer service experience is a plus
