Job Title: Remote Client Care Associate

Hourly Pay: $20 - $26/hour

• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely manner
• Assist with product/service-related questions, troubleshooting, and problem resolution
• Document client interactions and maintain accurate, up-to-date records
• Provide guidance on account management and services offered
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level teams when necessary
• Provide follow-up communication to ensure client satisfaction

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Customer-focused attitude with a knack for resolving issues efficiently
• Experience using customer service software and CRM systems
• Previous experience in client care, customer support, or related roles is preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a remote work environment
