Regional Client Success Lead is responsible for supporting client relationship management for our regional accounts. You will work with a talented team to manage client portfolios and projects while driving growth, strengthening relationships and ensuring client satisfaction across our services.
What You'll Do- Develop and maintain strong client relationships that support revenue growth and retention.
- Act as a client advocate, ensuring quality service delivery while identifying expansion opportunities.
- Guide and support a team of account managers, helping with client retention and project oversight.
- Research and evaluate opportunities for client expansion using data‑driven approaches.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and align our solutions with their business needs.
- Experience in client services roles with success in managing business relationships.
- Background in team leadership or mentoring.
- Experience in the IT or technology services industry.
- Client services background with consultative approach and business development skills.
- Good level ofais English.
