Regional Client Success Lead - Remote Work

Regional Client Success Lead is responsible for supporting client relationship management for our regional accounts. You will work with a talented team to manage client portfolios and projects while driving growth, strengthening relationships and ensuring client satisfaction across our services.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships that support revenue growth and retention.
  • Act as a client advocate, ensuring quality service delivery while identifying expansion opportunities.
  • Guide and support a team of account managers, helping with client retention and project oversight.
  • Research and evaluate opportunities for client expansion using data‑driven approaches.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and align our solutions with their business needs.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in client services roles with success in managing business relationships.
  • Background in team leadership or mentoring.
  • Experience in the IT or technology services industry.
  • Client services background with consultative approach and business development skills.
  • Good level ofais English.
