• Provide inbound customer support in both English and Spanish using a call flow guide
• Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues
• Track and document information accurately in databases

• Fluent in both Spanish and English
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• High school diploma or GED

• Desktop or laptop computer with high-speed internet access
