Customer Service Rep – Remote; Automotive, Bilingual: English​/Spanish

• Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer’s preferred language
• Help customers resolve basic technical issues
• Track, document, and retrieve information in databases

• Must be fluent in both Spanish and English
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Open availability for scheduled shifts
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to maintain a quiet, distraction‑free work environment at home

• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
• Eagerness to learn new technologies
• Experience with fast‑paced multi‑tasking environments
• A desktop or laptop available for work‑related tasks
