• Provide inbound customer support in the customer’s preferred language using a call flow guide
• Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues
• Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
• Offer additional products and/or services to customers
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences with a positive attitude

• Fluency in both Spanish and English
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• Open availability to accommodate various shifts
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment from home

• Strong computer navigation skills and familiarity with PC technology
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Experience in fast-paced multi-tasking environments
• A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing (a work computer may be provided depending on the position)
