We are seeking Remote Client Service Coordinators to support clients with organizing and coordinating memorable experiences. This flexible, remote role is well suited for individuals who enjoy helping others, staying organized, and working independently. No prior experience is required.

• Assist clients with coordinating vacations, getaways, cruises, tours, and group arrangements

• Research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities

• Provide clear recommendations based on client needs

• Coordinate bookings with suppliers and vendors

• Maintain organized client records and follow-up communication

• Support clients before, during, and after their experience

• Fully remote work from your computer or mobile device

• Flexible schedule suitable for part-time, supplemental, or full-time availability

• Step-by-step training provided

• Access to systems, tools, and resources

• Must be 18 years or older
