Position: Customer Service Specialist II (100% Remote)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Handle inbound calls, addressing account questions, product and service inquiries, and digital banking support
  • De-escalate customer issues and elevate to supervisors when necessary
  • Assist customers with various computing environments and promote digital banking services
  • Identify and resolve customer complaints promptly and accurately
  • Participate in weekly quality review meetings for coaching and development
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in banking or a financial institution
  • Minimum of one year of contact center experience or equivalent
  • Proficiency in using personal computers and managing home networking infrastructure
  • Ability to type with speed and accuracy
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Six months of outbound calling experience preferred
  • Six months of sales experience preferred
  • Familiarity with Android and Apple products, as well as supported web browsers and operating systems
