Position: Customer Service Specialist II (100% Remote)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Process inbound calls, addressing account questions, product and service inquiries, and customer requests
  • De-escalate customer situations or elevate to a supervisor when necessary
  • Assist customers with digital banking services on various devices and platforms
  • Maintain knowledge of banking products and services while adhering to departmental service levels
  • Support outbound campaigns and meet key performance indicators set by the customer service center
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience required; experience in banking or financial institutions preferred
  • Minimum of one year of contact center experience or equivalent required
  • Expertise in using personal computers and managing home networking infrastructure
  • Ability to type with speed and accuracy
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Minimum of six months of outbound calling experience preferred
  • Minimum of six months of any sales experience preferred
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changes and learn in a remote environment
  • Willingness to provide exceptional customer service that differentiates the bank from competitors
