Overview
TEKsystems is actively hiring for fully remote French bilingual Call Center Representatives.
Responsibilities- Call on auto leases and loans to customers who have inefficiencies in their insurance (e.g., cancelled coverage, missed payments, missing documents).
- Contact customers on behalf of insurance providers (Capital One, GM, BMW, Audi, Credit Unions, etc.) to gather more information and assist with problem resolutions to ensure all insurance requirements are met.
- All informative calls; not sales or collections.
- Make approximately 14 calls per hour; 100% on the phones all day.
- Verify insurance with agents (e.g., check deductions are reasonable).
- Upload information to the company’s internal website.
- Leave scripted messages when insurance agents do not answer (based on client-approved messages).
- This position is essentially a contract role, with potential movement to another department or continued placement after 2–3 months based on performance.

- Pay: $16.00/hr
- Training: First 2 weeks, 8:30am–5:00pm CST (classroom training, shadowing, and handling calls with peers listening in)
- Schedule: Must be open for either of the options below:
- Tuesday – Friday 10:30am–7:00pm CST & Saturday 7:00am–4:00pm CST
- Monday – Friday 10:30am–7:00pm CST
- Location: 100% remote
- Duration: Starts as a 3-month contract; may be eligible for transfer to another department after completion depending on performance.
- High School Diploma
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Ability to type 30 WPM
- Comfort level with being on the phones all day
This is a Contract-to-Hire position based out of Eden Prairie, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on job classification and length of employment.
