Customer Service Representative - Insurance

• Starting pay up to $25.00/hour, with an additional $1.00/hour for bilingual fluency in English/Spanish

• Answer inbound calls and assist members with questions related to memberships
• Deliver personalized solutions and recommend valuable products and services
• Engage with members using strong communication and a problem‑solving mindset
• Resolve issues quickly and critically without a scripted approach
• Participate in ongoing coaching and development to enhance performance

• Prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center
• Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
• Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems in real time
• High school diploma or GED
• Must reside within 80 miles of the designated location and pass a background check and drug screening

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish is a plus!
• Recent call center experience
