Base pay rangeMercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer a remote opportunity for Polish Speaking Customer Service Representatives with a Health Tech company. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about healthcare technology and dedicated to providing high‑quality support tramp to clients. As a member of our customer service team, you will assist clients in understanding and utilizing health‑technology products while communicating effectively in Polish from the comfort of your home in Greece.
Key Responsibilities- Handle customer inquiries regarding Health Tech products and services via phone, email, and chat in Polish
- Provide assistance on product features, technical support, and troubleshooting procedures
- Guide customers through the onboarding process and help them maximize their usage of Health Tech solutions
- գիտ Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction
- Document all interactions and maintain comprehensive records in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the technical team to provide solutions and enhance customer experiences
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in health technology to assist customers effectively
- Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the Health Tech or healthcare industry
