Return Specialist; PLADS Leave & STD

• Make timely, accurate, and customer-focused absence management decisions
• Obtain and document relevant information to ensure appropriate closure of claims
• Remain compliant with regulatory requirements while maintaining operational standards
• Monitor team email for client responses and provide daily reporting on outstanding claims
• Manage independent leave of absence cases and assist with return-to-work processes

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Minimum of 1 year of absence management or industry-related claims experience
• Proficiency in product-specific areas of absence management and regulations
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work under pressure
• Moderate skills with Microsoft Office and other software applications

• Experience with claims management plans and return-to-work processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
• High level of attention to detail and teamwork
