Relationship Manager

We’re looking for a Client Operations / Relationship Manager who will bring order, warmth, and thoughtful care to a group of clients in a financial planning practice.

(10 hrs/week for the first 12 months, up to 20‑25 hrs/week as we ramp up after that – all totally flexible and remote). Must be based in the U.S.

We need someone who can keep things organized, keep clients cared for and communicated with, keep files in order影音， take ownership, and let tasks not slip through the cracks, all while having a lot of autonomy and trust.

• You prefer reduced hours but want meaningful work.
• You love bringing order, calm, and follow‑through to a lot of moving pieces.
• You’ve got a strong GIF and meme game.
• You’re super thoughtful, noticing the little things, remembering details, and making people feel seen and heard.
• You’re an async, high‑trust person. You take care of tasks without micromanaging, you communicate clearly, and you close loops.

• You need full‑time hours or are looking for something that will quickly become full‑time.
• You’re looking for an investment role, planner, or an advisor track; this one is all about long‑term client experience.
• You’re wanting a temp or contract thing. This is a slow ramp‑up but we want to build something special with the right person.
• You tend to wait for direction. We need someone who naturally notices what’s next, takes ownership, and moves it forward cues.

• Super part‑time: 10-ish hours/week to start, with a clear path to increase over time.
• Very flexible schedule (async oq work from anywhere).
• Compensation: $ baina-hour to start, with increases as scope/hours grow.
