We’re hiring Customer Service Representatives to support a variety of ongoing customer outreach campaigns (no straight cold calling!). In this role, you'll work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment, engaging with former and active customers to provide information, support, and routing to the appropriate teams.

This is a great opportunity for individuals who are driven, comfortable on the phone, and looking to grow within a dynamic team.

• Make outbound calls through our automated dialer as part of specific mortgage‑related campaigns.
• Receive and handle inbound customer calls.
• Identify customer needs and route them to the correct department.
• Follow scripted call flows while maintaining professionalism and strong customer engagement.
• Adapt as campaigns change based on business needs.

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1–2+ years of outbound customer service or call center experience
• Prior outbound dialing experience (comfortable handling rejection)
• Ability to work in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment and multitask effectively

Preferred (Not Required):

• Mortgage, Banking, or Financial Services experience
• Telemarketing, Collections, Timeshare, or phone‑based sales experience

Candidates may be assigned to one of the following Monday–Friday EST schedules based on business need:

• 8 AM–5 PM
• 9 AM–6 PM
• 11 AM–8 PM
• 2 PM–11 PM

The more shift‑flexible you are, the stronger your consideration.

• Must be comfortable working one Saturday morning per month (you will receive a weekday off that week).
• Training will likely run 9 AM–6 PM EST.

This is a Contract position based out of Orlando, FL.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
