Position: Specialist, Market Growth & Retention (Remote in NY) - Bilingual – Spanish and/or Russian Required

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Provide assistance to prospective and existing members with state-required applications for healthcare coverage
  • Proactively facilitate outreach and handle inbound calls regarding member recertification
  • Resolve complex member issues related to applications, eligibility, and enrollment
  • Document outreach and member interactions accurately in appropriate databases
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify trends and areas for improvement in member experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2-4 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Experience in communicating with members in a customer service setting
  • Must have NYS Certified Application Counselor Certification or be able to obtain it within 60 days of hire
  • Ability to assess member needs and make thoughtful decisions to assist them
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3-5 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
