What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Manage the entire customer journey, fostering long-term partnerships with clients
  • Set and achieve Success Plans with customers on a regular basis
  • Deliver business reviews in collaboration with the sales team
  • Identify and leverage upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Educate and train customers on product usage and functionality
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Strong expertise in customer lifecycle management, particularly in retention and churn mitigation
  • Proven track record of successful implementation of Customer Success Plans
  • Experience managing complex implementation/onboarding projects with a medium-sized client base
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Fluent written and spoken English with well-structured communication abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in a customer success or account management role within a tech or SaaS environment
  • Familiarity with customer feedback mechanisms and process improvement
  • Knowledge of different customer verticals and their unique needs
  • Experience working in a remote or asynchronous work environment
