Pay Range

Mercier Consultancy MD provides the following base pay range:
Competitive monthly salary with two extra salaries per year plus benefits. Salary details will be discussed with the recruiter based on skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding online banking services, account management, and financial products via phone, email, and live chat in German.
  • Assist customers with setting up accounts, transactions, and troubleshooting technical issues related to online banking.
  • Provide accurate and relevant information on banking services, fees, and regulatory requirements.
  • Document customer interactions thoroughly in the CRM system for record‑keeping and future reference.
  • Collaborate with technical support teams to resolve complex issues efficiently.
  • Stay updated on banking regulations and product offerings to provide informed customer assistance.
Requirements
  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in customer service, specifically within the banking or financial sector, is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing excellent customer experiences.
  • Problem‑solving skills and a proactive attitude towards addressing customer needs.
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Familiarity with online banking platforms and CRM systems is desirable.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts that may include evenings and weekends.
