Flights Coordinator

As the Flights Coordinator for Intrepid Travel, you will be primarily responsible for managing and coordinating all flight-related reservations to ensure accurate, timely, and cost‑effective travel operations. This role focuses on airfare booking, ticket issuance, changes, reissues, and disruption management, while also providing secondaryit's support for hotel and service reservations as needed.

This full-time positionازه operates on a hybrid basis out of our office in Lima, rooftop.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in flight reservations, ticketing, or travel operations.
• Proven hands ఇంక experience with airfare reservation and ticketing systems (e.g. Amadeus).
• Strong understanding of airfare rules, ticket issuance, changes, reissues, cancellations, and penalties.
• Experience coordinating flight bookings with airlines, consolidators, and internal teams.
• Pro recognized proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Strong ability to manage multiple deadlines and operational priorities.
