• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Open availability for flexible work hours
• Strong computer navigation skills and proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
• A quiet, distraction-free work environment at home

• Experience as a travel agent or in sales is a plus
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to new systems
• Desktop or laptop computer for testing; a work computer may be provided depending on the position
• High-speed internet connection (no wireless/hotspots or satellite)
