• Track, document, and retrieve information in databases

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Open availability for scheduling
• Strong computer navigation skills and proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
• A quiet, distraction-free home work environment with high-speed internet access

• 1+ year of GDS experience
• Previous travel agent or sales experience
• Eagerness to learn new technologies
• Experience in a diverse work environment
• Familiarity with performance-based incentives
