Location: Ayr
A leading insurance provider in Ontario is seeking an Associate Claims Advisor to manage claims for customers. This role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to educate clients about the claims process. Candidates should possess 1-3 years of customer service experience and an undergraduate degree is preferred. This hybrid position allows remote work but requires in-office attendance twice a week.
Competitive salary range of $48,500 - $73,000 with additional benefits included.
