Patient Services Specialist
Must live in Metro Atlanta
Shifts Available - 8am - 5pm; 11am - 8pm; 9am - 6pm; or 8am - 8pm
Schedule After Training is complete:
- The Call Center hourschure are Monday-Friday 8:00 am-8:00 pm and on Saturdays 8:00 herramientas‑5:00 pm. If scheduled to work Saturdays a day off during the week is given (typically Wednesday-Friday).
Training Period is the first 4 weeks of employment and operates on a Monday-Friday 9:00 am-5:00 pm schedule in the Atlanta office.

As a Patient Services Specialist you are responsible for providing quality customer service to patients and parents. Primarily, you work in a call center environment answering inbound calls and making outbound calls to confirm or create dental appointments, respond to online inquiries, and evaluate calls for training and quality purposes. No prior experience is required; we fully train our representatives. Work from home may be an option.
Experience Preferred:
Call Center and Quality Assurance Representatives - WFH
- Deliver quality and superior customer care to every parent or patient on the phone.
- Focus on accuracy and be detail oriented.
- Possess good telephone etiquette, customer service and salesmanship skills.
- Have a high focus on customer service and satisfaction.
- Show compassion and a high level of service for our patients.
- Keen aptitude and adaptability to change.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Prior experience in a call center or in the dental field is advantageous but not required.
- Perform to the highest integrity by adhering to all government regulations, company standards,_actions_and compliance programs.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Work from home opportunity after 6 weeks contingent on performance. Typically go in office twice a month.

- Graduation from a senior high school or GED equivalent.
- Computer skills:
Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer. - Bilingual Spanish a plus.
