- Must have a private, distraction‑free home office with Spectrum internet service when working from home.
- Ability to report to a local service location within 45 minutes if remote work becomes impossible.

- Provide customer account information and technical support.

- Maintain confidentiality of customer information per company policies.
- Demonstrate and maintain a strong safety record.
Full‑time position.
$18.00 to $25.72 per hour to start, with career advancement opportunity up to $33.08 per hour.
