• Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide
• Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
• Track, document, and retrieve information in databases

• Deliver expert customer service with a positive attitude

• Strong focus on building customer relationships
• Minimum of 1+ year of customer service experience
• Open availability and ability to work in a quiet, distraction‑free environment
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong problem‑solving skills and proficiency in fast‑paced multi‑tasking

• Technical support experience
• Eagerness to learn new technologies
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
