Job Description:

Answering customer inquiries via phone, addressing questions promptly, and handling missed calls.

Managing online chats and providing timely responses to customer queries.

Completing a set number of email responses daily.

Collecting and reporting customer feedback and complaints to help optimize products and processes.

Learning product knowledge and completing other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

Associate degree or higher.

Fluency in English.

At least six months of customer service experience.

Strong communication skills and reliability.

Working Hours:

Time Zone: PST (Los Angeles)

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM

Break: 45-60 minutes (unpaid)
