Your Responsibilities

Communicate with customers via phone, chat & email
Troubleshoot issues or escalate when needed
Track and follow up on cases to ensure timely resolution
Maintain strong, professional relationships and show empathy
Turn every interaction into a happy customer experience

What You Bring

Fluency in German
Strong communication skills in English
Excellent communication & soft skills
Problem-solving mindset
Good computer knowledge
Ability to multitask
Team-player attitude in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
