As a Customer Service Advisor for the Italian market, you will handle customer inquiries through inbound calls, chat, and back‑office tasks. Responsibilities may vary depending on the project but generally include customer support, issue resolution, answering questions, managing requests, and providing solutions in a professional, empathetic, and results‑oriented manner.

Skills, experiences and interests you need to succeed in this role:

Professional and friendly individuals with empathy and the ability to multitask.

Native Italian speaker with advanced business English.

Hold EU Passport or Greek Residence Card.

Strong customer focus and always ready to help.

Highly reliable, adaptable, fast learner, and strong problem‑solving skills.
