What you can expect

Managing all correspondence with our customers by telephone and e-mail with high quality assistance level

Processing requests and complaints from customers (for example manage card blocking, pin generation, shipment tracking, limit exceeding)

Maintaining the quality of customer information in a CRM

What makes you stand out

Bachelor's degree

Previous customer service experience in a commercial service company (at least 2 years)

Familiar with payment monitoring and cash collection

Familiar with MS office

Excellent communicative skills

Strong customer orientation

Proactivity and high attention to details

Good team player

Good knowledge of the English language (B2 level)
