Overview
A fast-growing financial services company based in UAE is looking for a proactive customer service executive to bridge the gap between our marketing efforts and potential customers.

What you’ll do:- Manage:
Collate all marketing leads and maintain a clean, organized database. - Convert:
Lead qualification calls, follow-ups, and turning prospects into customers. - Support:
Handle inbound/outbound calls and email communications with empathy and efficiency.
- 2-3 yrs experience in customer management/service with call centers, CX depts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Knowledge of CRM tools like Zoho/Hubspot, etc will be an added advantage.
