A customer support outsourcing company seeks freelance agents to assist customers with inquiries. As a One Pilot agent, you will work remotely, managing your schedule and responding to requests through email, chat, or phone. You will earn based on ticket resolution complexity, with average earnings between €15 and €20 per hour. Ideal candidates should be tech-savvy, enjoy problem-solving, and have strong communication skills.

Flexible hours are available from Monday to Friday.
