- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer-facing environment, preferably in a call center setting
- Ability to type 35+ words per minute
- Reliable attendance and punctuality record
- Strong customer service orientation with a sales-focused mindset
- Previous experience in outbound sales or a high-volume call center
- Bilingual abilities to assist Spanish-speaking customers
- Familiarity with navigating multiple platforms simultaneously
