Italian Speaking Customer Service for Health Tech Company - Work Remote In Greece

Mercier Consultancy MD is delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for Italian Speaking Customer Service Representatives to join a Health Tech Company. This role is fully remote, based in Greece, and is perfect for individuals who are passionate about technology and healthcare.

Pay range is provided by Mercier Consultancy MD. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — discuss with your recruiter to learn more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries and support requests regarding Health Tech products and services via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
  • Provide clear and accurate information about product features, usage, and troubleshooting.
  • Assist customers with account management, including registration, updates, and technical issue resolution.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
  • Maintain thorough records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and other departments to deliver optimal service experiences.
  • Stay updated on Health Tech products and industry trends to enhance customer communication.
Requirements
  • Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a Health Tech or technology-related industry.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment and managing multiple inquiries.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
