Remote Customer Service Representative - Must Reside in NY
Arcadia, NY – This is a full‑time, remote position requiring residency in New York state. Compensation is $16.50 per hour. Paid training starts Monday, February 9, 2026. Training hours: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm EST, Monday through Friday. Post‑training hours of operation:
Monday – Friday 10:00 am – 9:00 pm EST;
Saturday 7:00 am – 5:00 pm EST.
Work from home with required broadband internet (25 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload, hard‑wired connection). Cameras and a webcam are required during training and all scheduled shifts.
Responsibilities- Help customers with billing inquiries and concerns.
- Accurately document and enter all account information into the client system.
- Provide detailed explanations of account status and inquiries to customers.
- Adhere to state and federal regulations related to duties.
- Assist with delinquent accounts following state guidelines.
- Use exceptional communication skills to meet client and customer goals.
- Maintain average inbound handle time and achieve quality assurance goals.
- Meet production measures, including time spent on calls and schedule adherence.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Detail‑oriented with strong organization and prioritization skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft applications and capable of learning new software.
- Professional call handling skills and high levels of professionalism required.
- Strong focus on exemplary shift attendance.
