• Consult with employees to ensure a high-touch, personalized experience through excellent listening and partnership skills
• Independently research family needs to provide proactive solutions and guidance
• Maintain a caseload with consistent communication and follow-up for all families
• Serve as an external representative at client-facing events, including webinars and info sessions
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide holistic care solutions and meet customer satisfaction goals

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, childcare, social work, or similar care and/or education fields
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a passion for delivering excellent customer service
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce and Microsoft Suite

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• Independent, proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Experience in innovative problem-solving and creative solutions for customer needs
• Customer-centered point of view and ability to maintain a kind tone across all contact channels
• Familiarity with Google Suite
