Job Details- The position is part-time, minimum 15 hours, reporting to the Manager, MMS Assistants.
- Additional hours up to 37.5 hours per week may be available depending on business volumes.
- Work volumes are received directly from your associated MMS during scheduled hours.
- The MMS Assistant position is primarily remote (home office or TD location).
- Flexible scheduling in partnership with your associated MMS and Manager, MMS Assistants.
- CUSTOMER:
Maximize support in relation to credit administration; maintain relationships with partners; gather client documentation after initial MMS meeting; process credit applications; handle assigned work volumes accurately and efficiently; support the customer journey through the deal process and clarify mortgage product/policy details. - SHAREHOLDER:
Validate supporting documentation per internal processes/regulations; contribute to credit quality objectives; meet/exceed timelines; collaborate with administrative support groups; support sales goals; follow bank operating policies; contribute to Operational Excellence and process improvements; escalate non-standard/high-risk transactions; comply with Bank Code of Conduct; be knowledgeable of the mortgage product suite. - EMPLOYEE / TEAM:
Participate as a team member, promote service quality and communication; enhance knowledge; participate in performance management, training, and team activities; support diversity and act as a brand ambassador. - BREADTH & DEPTH:
Provide routine customer service and transactions; understand basic product suite; identify and escalate issues; support team efficiency and process improvements; basic training or work experience required.
- Minimum 1 year in a client-facing and/or administrative role
- Mortgage/credit lending experience
- Strong computer/technology skills; proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Highly organized, able to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time-management skills; able to meet/exceed timelines and SLAs
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Willing to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends
- Preferred bilingual (English/French) or other language skills
