Role: Customer Success Manager

You will focus on maximizing customer value, minimizing churn, and driving platform adoption and content quality to support growth through expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain product expertise across various use cases and personas.
  • Influence customer behavior and drive internal change management.
  • Manage at-risk scenarios and ensure customer success.
  • Understand key SaaS metrics like GRR, NRR, Churn, TTV.

Success Metrics:

  • Platform adoption rates
  • Content quality scores
  • Customer advocacy and references
  • Expansion pipeline

Qualifications:

  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • High-touch customer engagement experience
  • Resilience and tenacity
  • Interest in customer change management and SaaS adoption strategies

Work Environment: Hybrid model with in-office presence in Vancouver or Toronto, and remote work options.

Compensation & Benefits: Base salary $80,000 - $100,000 plus variable compensation, health benefits, stock options, flexible PTO, and direct access to leadership.
