Role: Customer Success Manager
You will focus on maximizing customer value, minimizing churn, and driving platform adoption and content quality to support growth through expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain product expertise across various use cases and personas.
- Influence customer behavior and drive internal change management.
- Manage at-risk scenarios and ensure customer success.
- Understand key SaaS metrics like GRR, NRR, Churn, TTV.
Success Metrics:
- Platform adoption rates
- Content quality scores
- Customer advocacy and references
- Expansion pipeline
Qualifications:
- Strong relationship-building skills
- High-touch customer engagement experience
- Resilience and tenacity
- Interest in customer change management and SaaS adoption strategies
Work Environment: Hybrid model with in-office presence in Vancouver or Toronto, and remote work options.
Compensation & Benefits: Base salary $80,000 - $100,000 plus variable compensation, health benefits, stock options, flexible PTO, and direct access to leadership.
