2019s cutting-edge range of products and services. As part of the Customer Success team, the role plays a vital part in driving customer satisfaction and ensuring smooth operations.

Close collaboration with Customerեական Service colleagues responsible for other markets ensures seamless service delivery. Flexibility to step in and share tasks during absences helps maintain continuity and keeps operations running smoothly.

• You have an vocational or higher professional education (mbo/hbo) with experience in a Customer Service role;
• You speak the Polish and English language excellent, a third language would be a plus;
