Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, and requests in a timely and effective manner.

- Document all interactions and transactions in the customer support system.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and communicate insights to management for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team performance goals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Proficient in using customer support tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

- Previous experience in customer service, support, or a related role is preferred.
- Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment is a plus.
