The job   Chatting with customers via phone messages & email (no boring scripts real convos!)
Helping out with cool products from World Market Leaders
Solving hiccups and making customers smile
Handling warranties & replacements
Giving product tips & recommendations (because you know whats best).
We need YOU because   You speak the required language fluently (min. C1 level)
You have strong English skills
Youve got an eye for the detail
Problem-solving is your superpower
You act cool under pressure & you are able to stay calm and professional when things dont go as planned
Customer support tech-support or sales experience Nice to have but not a deal breaker!
