Your Responsibilities

Communicate with customers via phone, chat & email
Troubleshoot issues or elevate when needed
Track and follow up on cases to ensure timely resolution
Maintain strong, professional relationships and show empathy
Turn every interaction into a happy customer experience

What You Bring

Fluency in German
Strong communication skills in English
Excellent communication & soft skills
Problem‑solving mindset
Good computer knowledge
Ability to multitask
Team‑player attitude in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment
