As a
* Customer Service Representative (CSR)*, you are the frontline voice for callers-providing support, problem solving, and compassionate service to a diverse customer population. This role blends both call center responsibilities and administrative tasks, giving you a dynamic, meaningful work experience every day
* What You'll Do
* In this role, you will:
* Handle inbound and outbound calls from members, clients, and facilities
* Verify eligibility and help coordinate nonemergency and paratransit transportation
* Assist callers applying for ADA Core Services and other disability-based programs
* Enter and maintain accurate customer information in internal systems
* Schedule transportation in the most cost effective and efficient way
* Manage daily scheduling for eligibility staff
* Provide toptier customer service and resolve customer inquiries
* Support receptionist duties and administrative tasks including:
* Ordering supplies
* Managing office equipment and vendor communication
* Maintaining files and scanning documents
* Processing replacement picture IDs and tracking payments
* Document and respond to customer complaints professionally
* Protect confidential information and comply with HIPAA regulations
* Collaborate on special projects as needed
This role offers a balance of phone work and administrative responsibilities-keeping each day fresh and engaging.
* What You Need to Succeed

* Required:
* * Minimum
* 1 year of call center experience* (all industries welcome!)
* Experience providing high quality customer service
* Ability to manage
* high call volumes* (approx. 80 calls/day)
* Comfortable using an automatic dialer with backtoback calls
* Dedicated athome workspace
* Reliable
* 30 Mbps+ internet speed* (no hotspots; tested via )
* Ability to work uninterrupted-must not be in a caretaking role during work hours
* Preferred:
* * Experience in healthcare, patient access, or HIPAA-regulated environments

* Pay and Benefits
* The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
