Position: Customer Service Agent (English Speaking)

This is a full‑time, work‑from‑home position (44 hours per week) that offers flexibility to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

What You’ll Do
  • Answer customer questions and solve problems in real time, primarily through email, chat, and phone calls.
  • Communicate effectively and with confidence in English via phone, chat, and email.
  • Provide clear explanations and empathetic support to customers.
  • Collaborate with your manager and peers to achieve goals and continuously improve.
Who You Are
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written):
    This is the most important requirement. You must be confident in handling conversations exclusively in English, as it is the main language at Influx.
  • A quick thinker with excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
  • A team player who is adaptable and open to continuous learning.
  • Empathetic, conscientious, and a person of integrity with a strong focus on achieving results.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in G Suite (Google Docs, Gmail, Google Meet, etc.).
  • Equipped with a professional setup
