• Handle all incoming customer issues using smart customer‑focused decision‑making skills.
• Act as a liaison between the warehouse, office, and customer; research, resolve, and track customer issues regarding service failure, product returns, incorrect shipments, etc.
• Follow up on all outstanding tasks to ensure completion and provide updates to customers as needed.
• Anticipate and mitigate any issues before they can negatively impact the customer experience.
• Assist hospitals with product conversions and special reporting needs.
• Respond quickly and professionally to customer telephone questions and concerns.

• Excellent communication skills; proper phone and e‑mail etiquette.
• Previous customer service experience and comfortable working front of a computer most of your shift.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and training in Salesforce.
• Basic proficiency and ability to consult with senior peers on non‑complex projects.
• High School Diploma or GED.

• Temp‑to‑hire with opportunity for growth.
• First shift Monday‑Friday 8:00 am‑5:00 pm or 9:00 am‑6:00 pm.
• Competitive pay $20.00 per hour.
• Full benefits package offered upon permanent hire.
• Remote work from home.
